The Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010, which came into force on 1 October 2010, requires us to publish information on expenditure at the end of each financial year.
Information is required on expenditure which we have incurred during each financial year in connection with the following:
· Public Relations
· Overseas Travel
· Hospitality and Entertainment
· External Consultancy
· Members or Employees who received remuneration in excess of £150,000
(Expenditure relating to the above categories will be listed in one document: “HIFRS Expenditure”)
· Payments with a value in excess of £25,000
We are also required to publish statements on the steps we have taken during each financial year, through the exercise of our function, to:
· Promote and increase sustainable growth
· Improve efficiency, effectiveness and economy
