Station Manager A – Easter Ross & Cromarty (flexi duty)
Applications are invited from substantive Watch Manager (B) and Station Manager (A) who can demonstrate the range of operational and managerial competencies and satisfy the appropriate National Middle Manager Personal Qualities and Attributes (PQA’s). In addition the successful applicant will be an innovative manager, who is able to demonstrate a breadth of experience and can offer excellent communicative and motivational skills, taking a positive role in the development of their area of responsibility.
